So the fur vest trend just keeps hanging in there. Maybe it’s time you tried it? Don’t worry.. you’re still going to look like a bad ass when you wear it, bc it’s still a pretty out there piece. If you got the balls, I say go for it, and try it this year before everyone and their daughters are wearing one. I know my little girl will be this year! I bought a vest for myself from Vince Camuto but am considering returning it for a Michael by Michael Kors one I just saw on Piperlime. I got totally swayed by the fact that it’s one of Olivia Palermo’s picks. In case you did not know.. my last dying wish would be to inherit the Palermo closet. I stock her. I tried to find her on Facebook the other night, but there’s no clear real Olivia Palermo on there. Please tell me if you know someone who knows someone who knows someone..

BTW, in case you’re wondering where I’d gone off too.. I got buried away in corporate wasteland for several years and am finally in recovery mode. I quit my job at Cisco after 12 years to find myself and spend more time with my family. It’s been incredible having the time to raise my daughter hand in hand and wake up to the experience of real life. I can’t say I’d never go back to corporate but right now I’m enjoying the new. I’ve started consulting part-time for user experience work and am now finally dusting off the Luxe Mix! Hope to see you more… I’ve missed this place.
