One thing you’ll learn about me is that when I find something I genuinely believe works, I stick with it. I’m not someone who’s constantly chasing the next trend. I’m consistent.
Whether it’s drinking lots of water, consistent workouts, wearing sunscreen, or taking a few minutes to use this roller, I do the little things over and over. I think that’s where real results come from.
As I share more beauty and skincare, I won’t gatekeep. If I use a tool, I’ll tell you. If I get a treatment, I’ll tell you. If something doesn’t work, I’ll tell you that too.
For anyone wondering, I’ve actually done very little over the years: eyelid surgery after high school, some chemical peels, and Botox a handful of times. Most of what has made the biggest difference has been simple, consistent habits.
Turns out consistency is a lot less exciting than a miracle product—but it’s worked pretty well for me.
Twenty years in the making.
